Limited Edition Prints
SHIPPING
Please note: Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, orders from the print shop may experience delays. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
All fine art prints and books are produced to order and meticulously inspected to ensure the highest quality, please allow up to 14 days for your order to ship.
Once a shipping label has been created, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment.
All Prints have a minimum 1” white border all around. All Prints are unframed and sent to you rolled in a custom mailing tube.
Once we send out your print it is in the hands of the postal service – please contact the postal service in your country with your registered post number or check the tracking information provided to get more info on the location of your package.
Please Note – customers pay for any customs charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country.
Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address on checkout - we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
REFUND POLICY
Once your transaction has been processed, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" purchases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Once your package has been delivered, you have 14 days to notify us if it has been damaged in transit.
Your prints are packed with the utmost care so that they arrive to you safely. In the unlikely instance of a package arriving damaged please email us at info@williamhigginson.com, and we will contact you with the next steps. You may be asked to either return the item, or to send a photo of the damaged item through email.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request. If a replacement item is available, we will send it to you as soon as possible. If there are no more prints available in the limited edition, you will be asked to return the damaged item, and we will issue a refund for the original purchase.
Please note, refund and exchange requests are only accepted for packages damaged during shipping. If a print has been damaged due to improper handling while out of its original mailing package, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Any costs associated with return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please be aware that after 14 days have expired from delivery, there will be no refunds or exchanges for any circumstances.
Original Works and Commissions
DEPOSITS
Once a commission has been accepted by a collector, a non-refundable deposit is due on the signing of a commission contract. The balance is due upon approval of the finished artwork. If the painting is not approved by the Collector upon completion. The deposit may be used as a credit to purchase any of the Artists’ other works or an alternate commission.
ORIGINAL ART
All original art sales are final. If your artwork has been damaged accidentally during its lifetime, please email info@williamhigginson.com.
COPYRIGHT
The artist reserves all rights of reproduction and all copyrights to the artwork, the preliminary design, and any incidental work made in the creation of the artwork.
ALTERATION OR DESTRUCTION
The Collector agrees not to intentionally destroy, alter, modify, or change the artwork in any way. If any alteration occurs after receipt by the collector, the artwork shall no longer be represented as the work of the artist without the artist’s written consent.
